Bachelor Monday

Hi everyone! Hope you guys had a great weekend. Mine was a blast. I got to stamp with my cousins and then I went to see Blades of Glory. It was HILARIOUS!! One of the funniest movies ever. So if anyone is a fan of The Bachelor on ABC then you know that tomorrow is the Season Premiere. Well one of my friends from High School is a contestant/bachelorette!!! I am so happy for her and although I don't know the details I am sure she went far since she is a great girl. Her name is Amber and her profile is here. Since I am so excited I decided to make a card for her...hence the red rose. I used the SU "Mixed Bouquet" and Michael's dollar stamp sentiment. The cardstock is SU Old Olive, Real Red, and Very Vanilla. I added some ribbon and hardware for details. I also used some decorative scissors and did some paper piercing. Don't forget to tune in tonight.

I love how you mix SU! stamps with $1 Michael's stamps - it stretches the supplies you already have on hand even further! I'll bet she'll love it!

I used to be a huge Bacholor/Bachelorette fan but then it just got so silly. I haven't watched for a couple of seasons but maybe I'll tune in tonight. That way we can cheer your friend on. They should make it a audience phone in like Idol. That way, the Bachelor would have to take whoever the viewers picked for him! Now THAT would be funny.
