Indians Blog Candy Wednesday

UPDATE: I am extending the entries until tomorrow afternoon. The winner will be announced at 12:00pm on Saturday. Don't forget that these stamps go on sale tomorrow as well.
Just as promised today I have another The Cat's Pajamas card to share along with a chance to win this adorable set that will be available January 19th. But before I tell you how to enter here is a little info on the card. I used some yummy Crate Paper "Wanted" collection along with some SU Kraft, Real Rust, Sky Blue, Chocolate Chip, and PTI white select. I stamped the images with Brilliance Black and colored them in with my Copic markers. I did some doodling around the edges of the rectangular nestabilities die. Accessories are SU ribbon, copper eyelets, and slit punch. So now for the details on how to win this adorable set. All you have to do is leave a comment telling me your favorite thing to do on Valentine's Day. (Make sure its PG rated...hehehehe) Good luck! The winner will be picked by random.org on Friday at noon.
Hugs,
Ana

what a precious card! all the animals' expressions are priceless! that is such a cute set!!! :)

for Valentine's Day - well ideally I enjoy a nice quiet dinner out with my hubby of 21 years, but with 3 teenage boys at home, that isn't always in the plans! :D but I enjoy spending time with my family so much that a movie night with pizza and popcorn is just as much fun! :)

thanks for the opportunity to try for the cute stamps!

Oh! I love this card, it is just so cute. I love when Cats Pajamas create trio stamps, especially those little penguins. I am a huge penguin person…and I love these! Definatly a stamp that will be on my wish list, in fact most of the previews are on my wish list. I love the colors you used on this card, super fun! Now there was a question, what is my favorite thing to do on Valentine’s Day, which is a pretty simple question. I think my favorite thing to do on Valentine’s Day is to give out little treats to the people close to me. I attempt, notice the word, to create either a Valentine or a sweet treat for my family members, a few friends, and my boyfriends family members. It makes the holiday a bit more fun to give out sweets.

Thanks for the chance-- I'm excited about the new TCP sets.

What a beautiful card. Love the vibrant, yet warm colors you used. My favorite thing to do for Valentine's Day is to celebrate it with my hubby out of town. We usually plan at least a weekend out of town and have a great time away from the children and work. (Last year it was two weeks in Puerto Vallarta!)

I enjoy going out to eat and then coming home to relax with my husband. I have started trying a new fun dessert each year, too. Last year was heart shaped meringues (sp?) with a passion fruit custard. Thanks to Martha Stewart for the recipe!

I love these new TCP images! Thanks for sharing :) My fave thing to do on V day is to snuggle up with hubby and eat pizza. Not so romantic, I know, but it's cozier than being rushed through an overpriced dinner at a restaurant. Oh, and there's chocolate for dessert, of course!

Your card is just adorable. I've only recently gotten hooked on Penguins and these little guys are so cute. I don't have any Cat Pajama stamps yet, so am waiting for my first one! My favorite thing to do on Valentine's Day is to fix one of my husband's favorite meals and pull out the candles, lower the lights, and have a really nice romantic dinner at home. He just loves it.

Ana- i love your work! i don't have any TCP sets (yet) but after seeing your creations, I might have to get some! Your card is just too cute! I can't wait to see the new release! For Valentine's Day, we usually just stay in and have indulge in some chocolate! We've gone out in the past few years and have not enjoyed the "special" menus -- usually special means pricier and not as good! We really love to go out to eat, so will go the weekend before or after!

I'd love to say my dh and I do something super romantic, but that just isnt the case. A long time ago, we decided to celebrate each other on our anniversary (11years coming up) rather than V-Day. V-Day is all about the four kids! We make them homemade valentines and I serve a dinner that is heart shaped and as red as possible!!

You are one awesome artist! tHANKS FOR the inspiration! Love TCP cards...tooo cute! Jane

My favorite thing for V-Day depends on the situation/people. For DH, it's going to dinner (I don't have to cook or clean up, WOO HOO!!). For my DS it's making little gifties for his friends and handing them out. For a few close friends it's making valentines to send to them so they get some happy mail. :)

I usually make my family each their own heart shaped cookie cake that day. It's a "tradition" I started a long time ago and they all look forward to it now! I try to spend as much time as I can every day with my family and make sure they know just how much they're loved on a daily basis as well! I don't usually wait for Valentine's Day to do that! Some things you just can't do enough of! I am anxious for this set to release though for a different reason! My DH is Active Duty Air Force and his rank is "Chief Master Sergeant". I collect all sorts of things with the indian chief headdress and this is SO cute it will be PERFECT for me! I will use it for Valentine's day or any other occasion I can come up with to send goodies to the office with him! Thank you for the opportunity to win it!

Oh I love this set!! My hubby and I don't do anything much for Valentines Day, unfortunately, its like any other day to my hubby. But, if I could have something planned it would go like this.....Coffee with the girlfriends in the morning at our favorite cafe'.........a shopping spree to my favorite clothing store........dinner out at my favorite restaurant.........and at the end of it, a hubby (who is not so exhausted from working a 12 hour shift) who is feeling oh so romantic hehehe is this too much to ask for?

The card is sooo cute, I love all of the sneak peaks. My favorite thing to do on valentine day is eating chocolate!!! LOL! And going out for dinner with my boyfriend.

These are just adorable!!!

I have surprised my family by cooking them a very special Valentine's Day meal. I did a search and found copycat recipes for coconut shrimp, red lobster's cheesy bisquits and crab legs. I set the table all in pink with candles and flowers, and everyone just sat around in a state of "AWE"....I think they all thought I was going to tell them something! (like bad, or another baby on the way, or I wrecked the car.....who knows what was going thru their minds...) I just told them how much I love them and that they all mean the world to me! Dessert was that famous "better than sex" cake...YUM!

This is just too, too cute!!! Hmmm...what do I like to do on Valentine's Day. This year I'm getting a mammogram. Well, that's no fun. Actually, I just like to fix an extra nice dinner for my family (with some little heart-themed desserts) and have a quiet evening at home. Thanks for the chance to win such an adorable set!

Hi!

Thanks for the chance to win these fab stamps!!
As far as V-Day...we don't really celebrate it. It's just me and my 2 teen sons, so we just have dinner together at home.

My fave thing to do on Valentine's Day is to sit, watch a chicky movie, like "Going on 30" with my three sweethearts, my kids. I don't have one sweetheart, I have three. They humour me and we watch a movie, we do that a lot but on Valentine's day if it's not a gymanstics day we rent the movie or Princess Bride. Something lovey dovey..oh and we eat tons of chocolate LOL>>>>>

I think my favorite thing to do on Valentine's Day is to stay home and have dinner with my family. I also like to send flowers to my mom to let her know she's loved!

I love to have sweets and time with loved ones... I am getting more into it, but it turns into Valentine's Week -- or MONTH around here ;^)* Some traditions I do with the kids, some with the entire family, some just with my DH.

I love to have a bath with my DH, followed by a movie in bed with our favorite treats... and if there is dinner in there, we make "finger food" that is easy to eat.

It is all about being together, after all!

My favorite thing for Valentine's day is a nice dinner which by tradition by husband makes, lasagnas, and eating on candle lights...The perfect thing would be if it's snowing outside!

Omg, I just adore your creative talents on this card and can't wait to get my hands on the new set. Pick me, pick me.

Valentines is great to help the kids make their own (stamped) valentine cards to give out to their classmates and teachers and to make yummy candies for their teachers too.

I always get a cholatey treat from my mum! I like to bake something for my family, such as a chocolate heart-shaped cake or cupcakes. Thanks for this chance!

You are so talented - the card is adorable!

My fav thing to do on Valentines Day is to stamp most of the day away, then have a quiet finger food type dinner with my hubbie in front of the fireplace while watching a movie. Of course the chocolates are not far away!

Adorable card! Adorable set!
I spend the entire Valentine's Day making everything "valentine-themed" -- we start out with heart-shaped pancakes, then bring in treats for the kids' co-students in school, then make cookies or cupcakes after school which are pink of course! The hamburgers for dinner are even heart-shaped! My husband loves to say I go overboard... yep, I do! Jeanne

Eat red candy - not chocolates, but red hearts, gum drops, red hots, anything red!

I like to spend the day with my husband and kids and tell them all how much I love them. Ha ha. Ok that is really mushy!

We like to do Valentine craft's with the kids. Then hubby and I order in dinner. With 3 small kids a V-day out to dinner is not an option. But we still make if fun, and later romantic(wink)
Thanks for the chance! I think I am going to be getting them ALL!

Well, since I'm a single girl, I guess I have to say I just like to be with family or friends hanging out and enjoying each other. It's always nice to be around the ones you truly love on that day...

A good chick flick never hurts either! ;)

Thanks for the chance to win!

Hi Ana! OMGosh, I didn't know you were a designer for TCP and MFT, 2 of my most favorites companies! I knew you were talented, but wow! How totally awesome! I love these new sweeties and this card is fabulous!

My favorite Valentine's Day tradition is to make a nice dinner for myself and the hubbs and then snuggle on the sofa (along with the furbaby, ofcourse) and watch a movie, although it's rarely romantic as my DH just refuses to watch most movies like that--but I take what I can get. I always look foward to seeing what flowers and card he's going to bring home. He really is sweet, but it's taken quite a few years for him to realize that Valentine's day is important to me and that he better not come thru that door without something on that night! I'll be favoriting your blog straight away! Thanks for the fun giveaway!

Going to a show at the Supper Theatre Club. It is great to watch a superb live show with friends and then digging into the picnic basket and finding food that has been prepared specifically with romance in mind. It's little heart shaped snacks and decadent chocolate for dessert!
Love your cards. Can't wait for the release today.
